Hello,

 

My name is Dylan (Dye-lin) Morse.

 

I would like to say I've had a passion for film and photography since I was a kid, but, quite honestly, I didn't know what I wanted to do in life until I was about 22 years old. A friend of mine asked me to help him film a wedding for one of our mutual friends and we agreed to film their wedding for free. After discovering how difficult and stressful filming weddings are, we both decided that we should charge money for the next wedding if we were ever considered to film another. We didn't charge much for the second wedding, but we gradually charged more and more as more couples began asking us to film their weddings. As the number of weddings increased, our skills also increased, and that's where my love for shooting film began. I eventually bought my first camera (Canon T5i), because I needed a personal camera for a photography class I was taking at the time and I immediately began getting more serious about photography as well.

I'm completely self-taught and I spend hundreds of hours on YouTube and blogs every week learning about specific camera gear, frame rates, lighting, sound, film grading, color correction, and other specific interests like as astrophotography.

 

I absolutely love learning about videography​ and photography and every day I get more passionate about my field. This journey has been nothing short of extraordinary these past two years and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for all videographers and photographers alike.
